A SUPPLEMENTSection 1. Be it enacted by the senate and House of Representatives of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by authority of the same, That all the certain tract of land adjoining the borough of Baden in the County of Beaver known as the Ehrman tract, and as expressed in the act to which this is a supplement lands of D. Ehrman including any portion of said lands which may have been sold since the passing of said act be and the same are hereby annexed to said borough of Baden.
