Major Medical
pays for surgical and physician care and prescription medications after you or your enrolled dependents meet a specified individual or family deductible.
Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO)/Preferred Provider Organizations (PPO)
are managed health care packages which allow subscribers to choose their doctors from within a specified network of primary care physicians (PCPs). Patients usually have a specified co-payment amount for each doctor visit, and must receive referrals from their PCPs to see specialists.
Accident Protection Coverage
provides first-dollar coverage for emergency care in the event of an accident.
Short-term and student Coverage provides immediate short-term major medical coverage to "plug the hole" created while separated from employment, changing jobs, at school, leaving school or in similar circumstances.
Disabillity Income
replaces income when a policy-holder suffers a partial or complete disability. Policies can cover temporary as well as long-term disabilities and can even help provide retraining benefits in cases where the disability prevents a return to the former occupation.
Long-term Care Coverage
provides benefits for individuals who require nursing home, home health or specialized care to perform the activities of daily living.

Personal Insurance Plans

Universal, Variable and Whole Life
These permanent, interest-sensitive, whole or investment-based life insurance products allow the policyholder flexibility in designing premium payment plans.
Term Life
Term life insurance provides protection for a specified and finite period of time -- usually one, five, ten or twenty years, or up to age 65. A term insurance policy pays a benefit only if you die during the period covered by the policy.
Mortgage Protection
Mortgage protection insurance actually is a life insurance policy in the amount of the mortgage. This type of policy pays the mortgage if the policy holder dies, allowing the surviving spouse and/or family members to keep their home. Mortgage protection policies can be custom-designed to decrease as the mortgage decreases or the accumulated value can be used to pay off the mortgage early. The policy can even cover both owners jointly, paying benefits on the first death.
Income Continuation
Income continuation insurance is a unique policy that pays the death proceeds as a guaranteed monthly income benefit. This type of insurance eliminates the survivor's stress of managing one large lumo sum death benefit payment.
Fixed and Variable Annuity Products
Annuities are usually used as retirement savings vehicles. Unlike investments such as certificates of deposit, taxes on the interest earned by the annuity holder are deferred until the money is disbursed.
